We charge our services at a competitive hourly rate. We believe you should only have to pay for the time you use, and unlike other removalists we don’t add in a cost ‘buffer’. We also offer special rates for customers who book in early and offer self-storage at discounted rates; it’s the cheapest you can find on the web!

So what is the standard Ezemove process?

Pick up the phone and call our sales team for a personalised quote on 1300 482 320.
If you are happy to proceed with the quote we will ask for a $200 deposit to secure your moving date.
We will then organise all of your packing boxes, packing tape, bubble wrap and any other tools you may need. This will be sold to you at wholesale price, and we even include your first 10 boxes free of charge!
We will communicate on the days leading up to your move to see how you are going with planning and packing. And if at any time you need extra assistance, our team are always available to help.
On moving day we like to arrive as early as possible to get the work underway. Depending on the length of the job, our boys will need to have a short break about midday to re-fuel for the afternoon moving session. The break should never be longer than 30mins.
Your job is complete! Our team will ask you to sign paper work, and ask for final payment for the day. The $200 will be deducted off the days total.

Please note that this is just our simple process for a regular move. Obviously every move is different, and most often there is more than one drop off point in a day. When you call us we can run through the plan for your individual move.
